What was the highlight of Blue Tree Premium Londrina
Not a bad hotel, good food and comfortable bed. I just expected more for the 4 Stars and price.
Staff were nice. We arrived too early and asked if we could leave our bags at the reception so we could find some lunch. The same happened on checkout. We were able to leave our bags at the reception until we were ready to leave Londrina. Breakfast was really good. Hot dogs and pão de queijo were the favorites. I don't remember her name, but the receptionist with short hair and tattoos was helpful and very polite.
One of the guys who look after parking the cars didn't have much patience. When my parents arrived with the car and I asked him if I could just leave the keys with him the first thing he said was "you have to pay for that!". Something I obviously knew before hand. This made me and my parents very uncomfortable. The room itself wasn't bad but it could be a lot better. It is very dated due to the old floors, doors (one had a hole in it) and some of the furniture. The ad mentioned a hot tub. In reality it was an old bathtub that despite being clean it looked dirty because of the stains. For a 4 stars hotel I would expect better maintenance in the property.
